This drawing is of the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone in Yellowstone National Park. It is based on a photograph I took in 2001 and was a good challenge. The textures of the trees contrast nicely with the mist rising from the base of the falls. The drawing took approximately 20 hours to completed and the original is approximately 9"x12".
