"Saws 'n Bottles"

This drawing is more of a study than a completed drawing. It depicts the artifacts found in the general store at Garnet Ghost Town in Garnet, Montana.
I was struck by the juxtaposition of the rough, weathered saws and the bright, shiny bottles. The functional variation of things available in a general store at the time also contributed to the visual impact.
